In the first lesson, we take a look at the physical demands of modern football and how coaches can ensure their players have the physical requirements to meet the intensity demands of the game.

In this lesson we turn our attention to the female player, looking at the differences and similarities of female and male players, and the demands put on them during a game. We also focus on the prevention of injury for a high-risk area for female players - the ACL.
